Mission Statement

SRO Performing Arts is a not-for-profit troupe which provides the most constructive and supportive framework for aspiring artists in their concerted effort — onstage, offstage, backstage and behind-the-scenes — to practice their craft, hone their skills, and produce outstanding entertainment for the community.

SRO Performing Arts is organized exclusively for the following purposes: literary, theatrical and/or educational purposes, as specified in Section 503(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, and will not carry on any activities not permitted by the organization exempt from Federal Income Tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (or the corresponding provision of any succeeding or future Federal Income Tax Law).
